The Role: Build and nurture a network of candidates through various channels including advertising, job boards, and professional networking sites. Cultivate relationships with both existing and prospective clients, understanding their requirements and offering expert advice on suitable candidates and industry trends. Ensure delivery of high-quality service to clients throughout the recruitment process. Manage the full recruitment cycle, from candidate sourcing and assessment to interview coordination and placement. Facilitate negotiations between clients and candidates to secure successful placements. Meet and exceed challenging sales targets in a results-driven environment.
