The Role: OOn an average day, the routine involves setting up and fine-tuning monitoring parameters and thresholds, initiating the discovery process, installing probes, and managing user access to instances. Additionally, tasks include configuring syslog and SNMP trap settings, troubleshooting vendor issues, and managing tables, users, and reports Aligned with this, the work also involves managing WAN/DC-LAN infrastructure, configuring and troubleshooting Fortinet SD-WAN, setting up HPE/Aruba switches and Aruba Wireless, managing DNS/DHCP and IPAM tools like EfficientIP and Infoblox, and overseeing load balancers with ADC and F5. Additionally, handling SSL encryption, including ports, ciphers, and protocols, is part of the role.

The Candidate: The ideal candidate should have experience in firmware upgrades and patching of network devices, along with knowledge and experience in managing WAN/DC-LAN infrastructure. Proficiency with Fortinet SD-WAN, HPE/Aruba switches, and Aruba Wireless is required. Additionally, expertise in DNS/DHCP and IPAM tools, including EfficientIP and Infoblox, and experience with load balancer management using ADC and SSL encryption are essential. Your ability to understand customer monitoring requirements, drive functional solutions, identify service improvements, and execute action plans is also vital for this role.
