Talent Spotting: Use your skills to stealthily hunt down top-tier candidates and avoid the ones who still think "I once worked in a store" qualifies as "leadership experience".

Creative Job Ads: Write job postings so captivating that even the couch potatoes will feel the urge to apply.

Candidate Nurturing: Be there for candidates as they make their way through interviews offering tips, support, and a friendly vibe to help them feel confident and prepared.

Database Management: Keep our candidate database organized while trying not to get lost in the sea of pizza lovers, cat enthusiasts, and aspiring circus performers (yes, we've seen them all).

Client Liaison: Build relationships that make our clients wonder how they ever survived without you and your charming personality.

Social media skills: Knowing how to utilise LinkedIn and build a strong recruiter profile is important to reach and resonate with candidates.
