The Role: As a Senior Internal Auditor, you will conduct comprehensive audits to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes across the organization. You will be responsible for planning and executing audit projects, identifying areas of improvement, and providing actionable recommendations. You will also collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Your role includes documenting audit findings, preparing detailed reports, and presenting results to senior management. Additionally, you will mentor junior auditors and contribute to the continuous improvement of the audit process.

The Candidate: English speaker with a bachelor's or master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and 4-5 years of experience in financial and process audits. Experience with a leading global audit or service company is essential. We seek someone with a strong understanding of internal controls, risk management, and compliance frameworks. The ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate findings clearly. Proficiency in audit software and advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel, are required. While English is essential, proficiency in German is a plus. This position will be the primary financial auditor responsible for all European branches of the company.
