 The Candidate: Previous experience in the fields of customer support or sales would be an advantage. Problem-solving and detail-oriented personality. Ability to ask good questions and take initiative. Responsible attitude, with competencies to identify and resolve different issues at the right moment. Fluent in English and Albanian.
