The Role: You will work closely with external designers and lead on the development of their digital and traditional marketing strategy to drive revenue and brand awareness. Produce content for website and social media and disseminate across all relevant channels. Create and implement strategic marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and campaigns within budget.Organise and attend events such as trade shows/exhibitions, seminars & company events. Conduct market research using methods such as customer questionnaires & focus groups.Arrange the effective distribution of marketing material. Designing, sourcing and purchasing of promotional items. Working with external agencies to measure and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns, advertising and SEO against company objectives and goals.

The Candidate: BA/BSc in a marketing related focus or equivalent work experience. In-depth knowledge of paid marketing channels and technologies such as Google AdWords, social network advertising (LinkedIn, Facebook etc.) and ad placement. Experience with data-driven SEO analysis and optimization with knowledge of search ranking, optimization factors and key algorithm updates. Exceptional writing and editing skills. IT, social media, numeracy and literacy skills. Optimizing processes, by its nature, brings unexpected challenges therefore this role required a dynamic and flexible individual who is not fazed working under their own initiative. Very tenacious - won't take no for an answer, when it's the right solution.
