The role: Organisation of freight and parcel pick-up/delivery drivers by location. Ensures drivers are logistics efficient against capacity targets. Ensures maximum productivity through efficient routing. Coordinates service deadlines with customers. Interacts effectively on a professional level with customers, employees and drivers. Adheres to and promotes all required safety policies and procedures.

The Candidate: has experience in coordinating multiple teams and various logistics cases. Familiar with Western European transport routes and procedures. Communicates effectively and positively with colleagues, partners and customers. Possesses experience in a similar position for at least 1 year. Fluent communicator in English.
