Customer Support Specialist with German

Your responsibility:

  • Handling incoming calls from customers;
  • Providing assistance;
  • Selling additional services during the call (extra channels, plans, sports packages, higher-tier plans, routers, etc.);
  • Making outbound calls with the purpose of selling additional services.

Company offers:

  • Working hours: between 09:00 and 22:00, on 3 shifts (early, afternoon and late);
  • Оptions for 4/6/8-hour shifts;
  • Performance-based bonuses with no limits;
