Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Manage and grow the portfolio within assigned Key Accounts, focusing on sustainable volume growth and long-term profitability;
  • Monitor local market shifts and competitor activity to stay ahead of trends and proactively adjust account plans.
  • Conduct business reviews and utilize sales data to evaluate performance against KPIs;
  • Lead contract discussions and pricing strategies, ensuring a balanced approach that secures value for both the company and the client;
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to develop value propositions that differentiate the brand and create new upsell opportunities.

Desired skills and experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Key Account Management with a verifiable record of success;
  • Ability to interpret sales data and make informed, profitable decisions;
  • Expert communicator who can engage clients to foster high levels of trust and loyalty;
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills to navigate complex cases and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes;
  • Advanced level of English, Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Ability to travel in the country.
