The Candidate: has depth knowledge of accounting principles and hands-on experience of at least 3 years supporting SSC/BPO structures. Possessing an education in Accounting or Finance/Economics disciplines. Competent about ERP systems implementation and respective usage. Knowledge-sharing mindset and people-oriented nature to nurture junior team mates. Process and procedure transitioning background would be considered extremely valuable.
