The Role: Provide strategic direction and operational leadership within the OTC Service Delivery to grow and build the operational capability and efficiency of the Order to Cash workstream on a global level. Develop key strategies to optimize cash flow and improve customer experience and minimize risk, cost and debt. Ensure service delivery and process performance in compliance with SLA, KPIs, benchmarks and internal procedures. Ensure appropriate training and knowledge transfer occurs across all relevant business processes. Design, develop and explain finance governance processes for O2C to business stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. Stays abreast of industry best practices and implements those that drive efficiency and effectiveness to lift the CSS to its highest quartile performance. Provides overall leadership for planning, staffing, goal setting, budgeting, supporting system initiatives and implementing new processes and policies.

The Candidate: Experience of operating within a finance shared service environment. Proficient knowledge and practice in risk management and end-toend collection processes. Experience with accounting and billing software, SAP, etc. Record of designing and implementing process improvement within a large matrix based organisation. Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills. Ability to actively engage stakeholders, clients and staff to ensure processes are executed consistently. Enthusiastic, self-motivated and high levels of energy and drive, especially in the face of resistance or setbacks. Fluent in English, both spoken and written. German would be an advantage.
