The Role: Lead, motivate, develop and coach a team of up to 15 employees to meet business needs. Manage client expectations. Gather data stats and turn them into significant results. Keep an eye on the employee’s performance. Represent the team and the results. Key participant in the recruitment process for new hires in the team. Generate improvement ideas.
