Our client is a leading architectural and design company, specializing in residential, public, administrative, and industrial buildings. The company provides comprehensive architectural and engineering solutions. Currently, we are looking for an Office Coordinator to join their team in Sofia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative organization and coordination of office processes
- Welcoming clients and managing front desk activities
- Supporting architects and project teams with scheduling and administrative tasks
- Assisting in the preparation of presentations, meetings, and events
Candidate Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in office administration or a similar role
- Excellent communication skills in Bulgarian and English
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Professional and client-oriented attitude
