Senior Accountant

The Role: Perform general ledger accounting and month-end accounting functions, including journal entries and analysis worksheets to support month-end results. Reconcile balance sheet accounts and follow up on account discrepancies. Perform financial analysis and present results to upper management. Directly support the Finance Manager and work closely with cross-functional team members to help them optimize overall performance by providing financial and operational information and analysis.

The Candidate: comes with an accounting expertise of around 5 years, 3 of which supporting SSC/BPO structures. Possessing an education in Accounting or Finance/Economics disciplines. Competent about ERP systems implementation and respective usage.  Knowledge-sharing mindset and people-oriented nature to nurture junior team mates. Process and procedure transitioning background would be considered extremely valuable. Highly detail oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.
