The Role: Look after SSC quality standards to be met or exceeded. Oversee agents to ensure quality of both written and spoken communication with the clients. Act as source of knowledge for both – colleague and Client side. Be a key player in all company calibration sessions and process, quality review meetings so as to identify process gaps, analyze complaint root causes and apply training need analysis for new hires.

The Candidate: Robust BPO process knowledge and hands-on experience supporting clients and colleagues of at least 2 years. Ability to think-on-your-feet, adapt as situations change and make the best possible decisions with the information at-hand. Competent enough to juggle numerous tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines. Highly articulated in Dutch and English.
