For our client, a well-established international company with over 50 years of experience in claims settlement across Europe, we are currently looking for a Claims Adjuster to join their team in Sofia. The company specializes in handling complex international insurance claims, with a strong focus on liability and cross-border cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and process international insurance claims, primarily liability claims
• Review and assess claim documentation and supporting evidence
• Communicate with insurers, clients, and international partners
• Investigate cases and determine claim validity
• Approve, reject, or negotiate claim settlements
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in internal systems

Requirements:

• Previous experience in insurance, claims handling, or a related field
• Understanding of liability claims will be considered a strong advantage
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
• Ability to work in an international and process-driven environment
• High level of responsibility and professional integrity
