We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to join their team in Sofia.
Main Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and market research
- Own the full sales cycle, from first contact and needs analysis to negotiation and successful contract closure
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients while expanding the existing customer portfolio
- Manage all client and prospect data accurately in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to ensure clear pipeline visibility
- Create tailored commercial proposals and pricing offers using dedicated sales and calculation tools
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports on activities, pipeline development, and results
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in end-to-end B2B sales, including prospecting, client meetings, and closing deals
- Proven track record in acquiring new business and managing medium to long sales cycles
- Strong negotiation skills with solid financial and commercial acumen
- Confident user of MS Office and CRM systems
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel nationwide
- Professional proficiency in English
