For their internal needs we are looking to welcome a skilled professional to join their team as a Landscape Architect.
Primary Responsibilities of the Role:
- Prepare technical drawings, plans, specifications, and project documentation.
- Utilize advanced design software within an integrated BIM workflow.
- Coordinate landscape designs with multidisciplinary engineering and architectural teams.
- Develop landscape masterplans, green schemes, and urban open-space solutions.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory codes, quality standards, and company policies.
- Analyze site topography, vegetation, and ecological data to inform design decisions.
- Defend and secure project approvals from regulatory and municipal authorities.
- Optimize outdoor spaces for functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability across all sectors.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
Desired skills and experience:
- Degree in Landscape Architecture.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the field.
- Full design capacity certification.
- Proven experience in landscape design, urban improvement, or investment projects.
- Strong knowledge of regulations concerning design, landscaping, urban development, and spatial planning.
- Proficiency in design and graphic software.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills, with a strong sense of responsibility.
- High motivation, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
- Valid Category B driver's license (active driver).
- Fluency in English.
