The Role: Develop and maintain strong, competitive vendor relationships, as well as excellent internal and external stakeholder engagement. Ensure supplier agreements are being met. Strive to automate monthly reports by optimizing data collection. Update the master database in SAP containing vendor, price and material information and investigate for inconsistencies. Preparation of different inquiries to segmented suppliers and financial analysis of offers.

The Candidate: Previous experience in procurement and process management is desirable. General grasp of IT processes and SAP administration. Able to maintain strict confidentiality of all work-related information. Effective time management skills and continuous effort to improve existing operations. Excellent teamwork, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and corrective actions. Fluent speaker in English and German.
