Job Title: Project Administration

Job Summary:

The Project Administration is responsible for providing administrative support to the project management team, ensuring that all project documentation is organized and up-to-date, and that project processes are followed. The Project Administration is also responsible for scheduling meetings and coordinating project communications, ensuring that all team members are aware of project updates and deadlines.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the project management team, including organizing and maintaining project documentation, scheduling meetings, and managing project communications.
  • Manage project schedules, ensuring that all project activities are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate project communications, ensuring that all team members are aware of project updates and deadlines.
  • Prepare and distribute project reports and other project-related materials.
  • Assist in the preparation of project proposals, contracts, and other project-related documentation.
  • Manage project budgets and expenses, ensuring that all project costs are properly documented and accounted for.
  • Monitor project progress and identify any issues or risks that could impact project outcomes.
  • Support the project team in the implementation of project plans and processes.
  • Maintain project-related databases and tracking systems, ensuring that all project data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Provide general support to the project team as needed, such as arranging travel and accommodations, scheduling meetings, and managing project-related expenses.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with additional training or education in project management, business administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in project administration, with a proven track record of successful project support.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in project management software and other relevant tools.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
