Job Title: Vice President of Human Resources 

Job Summary: The Vice President of Human Resources will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel's human resources function. This role will involve managing a team of HR professionals, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, and collaborating with other departments to ensure the hotel attracts, retains, and develops top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures for the hotel, including recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations
  • Manage a team of HR professionals, providing coaching and mentoring as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand their HR needs and ensure the hotel attracts, retains, and develops top talent
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external HR organizations and vendors to stay up-to-date with HR best practices and industry trends
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Analyze HR data to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings
  • Prepare and present regular reports on HR activities to senior management
  • Manage employee relations issues and ensure a positive employee experience

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field; MBA or Master's degree in HR preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of successfully managing an HR team and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, including recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in HR management software and Microsoft Office
