Job Title: Marketing Director
Job Summary: As the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the company's marketing strategy to drive revenue growth, increase brand awareness, and maintain market leadership. You will work closely with the executive team to define marketing goals, establish budgets, and allocate resources accordingly. You will manage a team of marketing professionals, including marketing managers, content creators, graphic designers, and analysts, to execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
- Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, events, and other traditional marketing channels.
- Manage a team of marketing professionals and provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to ensure that they achieve their objectives and contribute to the overall success of the company.
- Collaborate with other departments, including sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure consistency in messaging, positioning, and branding across all marketing efforts.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights to develop effective marketing strategies and tactics.
- Analyze and report on marketing campaign performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations to optimize marketing efforts and achieve better results.
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources efficiently to maximize the return on investment (ROI).
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, and recommend innovative marketing strategies and tactics to improve the company's marketing efforts.
- Represent the company in external marketing events, conferences, and other public events to promote the company's brand and products.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing and motivating a team of marketing professionals.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze complex data sets and derive insights and recommendations.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in the technology industry or B2B marketing is a plus.
