Job Title: Director of Fee and SoE (Schedule of Events)
Job Summary: The Director of Fee and SoE will be responsible for overseeing the fee and schedule of events processes for the organization. This role will involve managing a team and working closely with other departments to ensure accurate and timely billing of fees, as well as the development and execution of a comprehensive schedule of events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement fee and schedule of events policies and procedures for the organization
- Manage the fee and SoE processes, including the accurate and timely billing of fees, and the development and execution of a comprehensive schedule of events
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure that all events are properly marketed and promoted
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all events are properly staffed and supported
- Monitor the effectiveness of the fee and SoE processes, and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and high-quality services
- Manage a team responsible for fee and SoE processes, providing coaching and mentoring as needed
- Provide regular reports to senior management on fee and SoE activities and performance
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a fee and SoE management role, preferably in the events industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing a team and implementing fee and SoE policies and procedures
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software
