Job Title: Sales Representative (Tour and Travel)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our Tour and Travel division. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our travel products and services to prospective customers. The Sales Representative will work closely with the marketing and product development teams to identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by networking, cold calling, and attending trade shows and other events.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, travel agents, and other stakeholders in the travel industry.
- Promote and sell our travel products and services to prospective customers.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, including pricing and itinerary information.
- Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics, provide regular reports to senior management, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and share knowledge and expertise with other members of the sales team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales in the travel industry.
- Strong knowledge of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, travel agents, and other stakeholders in the travel industry.
