Job Title: Brand Manager - Hotel

Job Summary: The Brand Manager - Hotel will be responsible for developing and executing the brand strategy for the hotel. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who can lead a team and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing and branding initiatives that align with the hotel's business objectives. The Brand Manager will also oversee the implementation of the hotel's brand identity across all channels, including digital and traditional media, social media, and in-person experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the hotel's brand strategy, including messaging, positioning, and visual identity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing and branding initiatives that align with the hotel's business objectives.
  • Develop and manage the hotel's marketing budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Develop and manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing and branding initiatives.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
  • Develop and execute traditional marketing campaigns, including print and out-of-home advertising.
  • Develop and manage the hotel's social media presence, including content creation and community management.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of the hotel's brand identity across all channels, including digital and traditional media, social media, and in-person experiences.
  • Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to inform branding and marketing strategies.
  • Develop and deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders to communicate branding and marketing strategies and results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in branding and marketing, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand and marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically.
  • Experience with market research and analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
