Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and implementation of our e-commerce strategy to increase sales, customer satisfaction, and brand loyalty. As the E-commerce Manager, you will manage our online store, online marketplaces, and e-commerce platforms, ensuring they are effectively optimized, maintained and updated with new products, promotions and marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement e-commerce strategy to drive sales growth, customer engagement and improve user experience across our online channels.
  • Develop and manage e-commerce budget, analyze ROI and report on key performance metrics
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the online store, online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms, including catalog management, order processing, payment processing, shipping, and fulfillment.
  • Work with the Marketing team to develop and implement online marketing campaigns, including email, social media, PPC, and display advertising.
  • Monitor and optimize website content and user experience to improve site speed, navigation, and conversion rates.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitor activities, and make recommendations on new product lines, pricing strategies, and promotional offers.
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure exceptional customer experience and timely resolution of issues and complaints.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements in e-commerce technology, and regulations to ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in a retail or consumer goods industry.
  • Proficient in e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of online marketing channels and tactics such as SEO, SEM, Social media, and Email marketing.
  • Excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in managing a team is preferred.
