Project Manager - Indonesia

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee the construction of our hotel projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the project are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive project plan that includes timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Work closely with the construction team to ensure that all aspects of the project are coordinated effectively and that any issues are resolved quickly.
• Manage all aspects of the project, including procurement, scheduling, quality control, safety, and risk management.
• Review and approve all project-related documents, including drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety standards, and regulations.
• Establish and maintain relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders involved in the project.
• Monitor project progress and ensure that the project stays on schedule and within budget.
• Develop and implement effective communication strategies to keep all stakeholders informed of the project's progress and any issues that arise.
• Manage any changes to the project, including scope changes, budget changes, and schedule changes.
• Ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on hotel construction.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions quickly and effectively.
• Experience with project management software and other construction-related technology tools.
