Job Title: Project Site Supervisor - Hotel

Job Summary:

The Project Site Supervisor for a hotel is responsible for overseeing the construction process at the hotel site, ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards. The Project Site Supervisor will work closely with the construction team, including contractors and subcontractors, to ensure that the construction process runs smoothly and that any issues are addressed quickly.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the day-to-day activities of the construction team at the hotel site, ensuring that work is completed according to the project plan and schedule.
  • Ensure that all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Monitor construction progress, identify potential issues, and develop solutions to minimize delays and disruptions.
  • Manage and coordinate the work of contractors and subcontractors, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide guidance and support to the construction team, including contractors and subcontractors, to ensure that they are working to the best of their abilities.
  • Ensure that all work is completed within the approved budget, and that costs are controlled and kept within the limits set by the project plan.
  • Monitor and report on construction progress, providing regular updates to the project manager and other stakeholders.
  • Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process, and make changes to plans as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Proficiency in construction project management software and other relevant tools.
