Job Summary: The Cluster Spa Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of multiple spas within a designated geographical area. They are responsible for managing the spa staff, ensuring that each spa runs efficiently, and providing a high-quality guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of multiple spas, including staffing, training, and scheduling
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures for all spas in the cluster
  • Ensure that all spas comply with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and drive business growth
  • Monitor financial performance and prepare budgets for each spa, ensuring that each spa operates within budget
  • Provide exceptional guest service and handle any guest complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with the spa staff to ensure that all services are performed to the highest standards and that guests receive an exceptional experience
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to the spa staff to improve their skills and enhance their performance
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of products and services
  • Attend trade shows and other industry events to stay current on industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in spa management, including managing multiple locations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and forecasting
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in the spa industry
  • Ability to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
