About the job Cluster Sales Manager
Job Summary:
To analyze market trends and competitor activities to recommend strategies that keep the hotel a leader in the marketplace through the development of future and repeat business of new accounts.
To maximize revenue by using sales techniques and developing guest loyalty, including up-selling.
To perform the highest standards of all sales activities.
Job Responsibilities:
To handle all sales inquiries for all properties efficiently and accurately in order to match guests requirements and activities concept.
To expand the business programme of the cluster properties through the management of the dynamic strategies for corporate accounts.
To develop current business strategies and recognize potential opportunities.
To develop and implement processes and standards to ensure effective development of the cluster properties accounts.
To promote the brand's awareness of hotels' products and services.
To prepare company contracts for all properties per current business and pricing conditions.
To attend sales events as required.
To produce accurate and timely reports that meet the needs including reporting of appointments, calls made, and business leads.
To cooperate with other associates as necessary to create an exceptional guest experience and build strong, comprehensive sales programs
To maintain a high level of product and service knowledge of all properties.
To prepare and execute action plans which increase sales revenues.
To maintain knowledge of special rates/offers/promotions.
