ABOUT YOU

  • The ability lead, coach and guide their Entertainment team members to ensure all areas of responsibility are covered.
  • The ability to confidently deal with guest concerns, resolving any problems, showing empathy and understanding.
  • Able to react to guest feedback and work with Entertainment team members to address and action any required areas of improvement.
  • Able to utilise manuals and rehearsal content, to ensure that all events are delivered on-brand.
  • To achieve and exceed targets and key performance indicators
  • To ensure all Entertainment team members have training required for their role
  • Identify and develop future talent within the entertainment department, ensuring all Entertainment team members have a relevant and effective Performance Development Plan.
  • Ber able to complete relevant administrative tasks including populating rotas, populating entertainment schedules, to completed risk assessments and to complete safety compliance and legislative compliance checks fully.
  • You are a fun vibrant personality with ability to work solo and as part of an international team.
  • A fully adaptable and flexible individual who can work well under pressure.
  • Additional skills such as presenting, singing, dancing are desirable but not essential.
  • Ability to connect with the guests to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • You are fully conversational in English extra languages will be very helpful.
