About the job Assistant Recruitment Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Staffing the business with quality hires, understanding the business needs, and partnering with the hiring manager to fully understand the staffing strategy for the company.
- Assisting team to source qualified candidates creatively.
- Being able to lead the team to evaluate, interview, assess, and present qualified candidates to the hiring manager for review.
- Tracking the recruiting metrics and continually evaluating results and costs to assess the effectiveness and identifies process improvement opportunities.
- Creating a high-performance recruitment team through talent assessment, timely coaching and feedback, and developmental stretch assignments.
- Coaching recruitment staff.
- Performing other tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors Degree or higher in any field.
- At least 2-3 years of work experience ideally in the recruitment field.
- Willingness to learn and take risks to deliver exceptional results.
- Able to work under pressure and handle performance targets.
- Mature, professional, active, highly motivated, service-minded, creative, and able to work independently.
- Well-organized person and able to multi-task to complete projects on time and to the satisfaction of both department and candidates.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a fair command of both spoken and written English.
