Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating sales by identifying potential clients, maintaining existing relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will work closely with the Sales Manager to develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and promote our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities by prospecting, cold calling, and networking with potential clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and sales pitches to potential clients to showcase the features and benefits of our products and services.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and execute sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitor activities, and make recommendations on product development and marketing strategies.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, product updates, and competitor activities to ensure a competitive edge.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance metrics in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Knowledge of sales techniques, sales processes, and sales forecasting.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
