Job Title: Group Director of Human Resources (HR)
Job Summary: The Group Director of Human Resources (HR) is responsible for overseeing all HR functions across multiple business units or locations within a company. The HR Group Director will develop and implement HR policies and programs that align with the organization's mission, vision, and strategic objectives. This role will oversee recruitment and retention efforts, compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, training and development, and HR operations. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of HR best practices and regulations, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a passion for driving organizational excellence through effective HR practices.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR policies and programs that align with the organization's goals and objectives across multiple business units or locations. Lead the recruitment and selection of top talent across the company, including executive leadership positions. Oversee the development and implementation of training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Ensure the company's compliance with all HR regulations, laws, and standards. Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions. Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs that are competitive, equitable, and cost-effective. Drive HR operations, including HR systems, data analytics, and reporting to optimize staffing and productivity. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the company, including senior leadership, employees, and external partners.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 15 years of experience in Human Resources leadership positions. In-depth knowledge of HR policies, regulations, and best practices. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams across multiple business units or locations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of successfully implementing HR programs and initiatives across multiple business units or locations. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Experience in developing and managing budgets.
