JOB SUMMARY
The eCommerce Specialist – Seller Center Management is responsible for the day-to-day operations and performance optimization of our online stores across third-party marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, and others. This role plays a critical part in managing product catalogs,
promotions, inventory levels, and platform compliance to ensure a seamless customer experience and maximum sales performance. The ideal candidate is highly organized, results-driven, and experienced in managing seller center portals, pricing strategies, and platform-specific marketing
tools.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and update product listings across multiple seller centers, ensuring accuracy in descriptions, pricing, imagery, and categorization.
- Monitor and respond to seller performance metrics, platform requirements, and compliance guidelines to maintain account health and visibility.
- Plan and execute in-platform campaigns (Flash Sales, Mega Campaigns, Vouchers, Free Shipping, etc.) in coordination with marketing and sales teams.
- Collaborate with the warehouse/logistics team to sync stock availability and ensure timely order fulfillment and return processing.
- Coordinate with platform account managers or channel partners for campaign participation, platform feature adoption, and issue resolution.
- Continuously benchmark competitor listings, pricing, and promotions to stay competitive in the marketplace.
- Maintain documentation of all campaign plans, product changes, and platform communications.
QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related discipline is a plus
Experience
- 2 to 4 years of proven experience in managing eCommerce operations on major online marketplaces (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, Amazon Seller Central).
- Deep working knowledge of seller center platforms and tools, including but not limited to Lazada Business Advisor, Shopee Business Insights, and Amazon Seller Central dashboards.
- Demonstrated experience in digital asset management—ensuring accuracy and quality in product images, descriptions, technical specifications, and categorization.
- Solid understanding of marketplace merchandising strategies including dynamic pricing, product bundling, promotional mechanics, and seasonal campaign planning.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with teams such as logistics, customer service, and marketing to ensure end-to-end eCommerce performance and platform compliance.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Technical Skills:
- Platform Mastery: Proficient in using seller center dashboards and tools such as Lazada Seller Center, Shopee Seller Center, and TikTok Seller Center.
- Marketplace Operations: Strong knowledge of promotional mechanics, flash sales setup, voucher campaigns, and adherence to platform policies.
- Digital Asset Management: Skilled in managing and optimizing product images, descriptions, specifications, and categorization to meet platform requirements.
- Product & Inventory Management: Hands-on experience in managing SKUs, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring listing accuracy across platforms.
- Campaign Execution: Familiar with campaign calendar planning, cross platform promotion alignment, and in-platform advertising tools.
Soft Skills:
- Detail-Oriented: Maintains accuracy and consistency across listings, pricing, and promotional content.
- Organizational Skills: Capable of handling multiple platforms, large product catalogs, and tight campaign deadlines with efficiency.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive in identifying issues with listings, order flows, or platform compliance, and resolving them swiftly to maintain KPIs.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal departments and external marketplace representatives.
- Adaptability: Agile in adjusting to fast-changing platform rules, eCommerce trends, and customer behavior.
- Time Management: Effectively prioritizes tasks in a high-pressure, campaign-driven environment.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Location: Office-based, hybrid, or remote depending on company policy and operational needs.
- Schedule: Full-time; flexibility required during major campaign periods (e.g., 9.9, 11.11, 12.12).
- Tools: Seller centers (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, etc.), spreadsheets, order/inventory management systems, communication tools (e.g., DingTalk, Lark, Viber).
- Team Interaction: Regular collaboration with marketing, warehouse/logistics, finance, and customer service teams.
- Culture: Fast-paced, metrics-driven, and focused on continuous optimization and cross functional teamwork.
