Department: Supply Chain
Work Set Up: Hybrid (Office + Field)
Reports To: Chief Executive Officer (Temporary, to report to SCM Director)
JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Manager for Supply Chain Management (SCM) is responsible for end-to-end supply chain performance, ensuring that production, warehouse operations, inventory control, fulfillment, and logistics operate as one disciplined system.
This role owns supply chain governance, ERP integrity, cross-functional alignment, and performance outcomes—while explicitly not performing daily operational legwork. The Senior Manager ensures each function executes within its defined scope, with clear handoffs, strong controls, and measurable accountability.
The role exists to protect inventory accuracy, prevent supply disruptions, eliminate role overlap, and enable scalable growth across Dermorepubliq’s manufacturing, warehouse, and retail network.

Production Planning & Supply Continuity
- Oversee the Production Manager to ensure manufacturing plans align with demand, inventory targets, and warehouse capacity.

- Oversee ERP rollout, stabilization, enhancements, and adoption across SCM teams.
- Partner with IT and external vendors to ensure scalability and reliability.

- Ensure standardization of warehouse and inventory practices across sites.
- Approve warehouse manpower, layout changes, and infrastructure scaling.

- Fulfillment SLA performance
- Logistics OTIF and cost
- Use data and dashboards—not anecdotes—to drive decisions.
