JOB SUMMARY
The Temporary Production Staff – NDX Label Stickering is responsible for accurately applying NDX labels to finished goods, packaging, or designated materials in accordance with company quality standards and production requirements. This role supports a time-bound operational project by ensuring that all assigned products are labeled correctly, efficiently, and within the required timeline.
The position requires keen attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining productivity and quality. The employee is expected to follow established work instructions, safety procedures, and productivity targets throughout the duration of the project.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• NDX Label Stickering
- Apply NDX labels accurately to assigned products, packaging, or materials based on approved work instructions.
- Ensure labels are properly aligned, securely attached, and free from defects such as wrinkles, bubbles, or incorrect placement.
- Perform visual inspections to verify labeling accuracy before endorsing completed items.
- Maintain consistent productivity while ensuring quality standards are met.
• Quality Compliance
- Follow company quality standards and standard operating procedures throughout the labeling process.
- Immediately report damaged products, defective labels, or labeling discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Assist in minimizing labeling errors and product wastage through careful handling and attention to detail.
• Production Support
- Assist with preparation, sorting, organizing, and movement of products before and after the labeling process.
- Support other production or warehouse activities as assigned to meet operational requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned work area before, during, and after each shift.
• Safety and Compliance
- Comply with all company safety policies, health regulations, and housekeeping standards.
- Properly use company-issued tools, equipment, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Immediately report unsafe conditions, incidents, or equipment concerns to the supervisor.
• Project Completion Support
- Cooperate during time studies and productivity monitoring activities conducted by the operations team.
- Meet daily production targets established for the NDX Label Stickering Project.
- Support project completion activities until all assigned labeling requirements have been fulfilled.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Education
- At least Senior High School graduate or High School graduate.
- Vocational training is an advantage but not required.
Experience
- Experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse operations, or similar work is preferred but not required.
- Fresh graduates and first-time job seekers are encouraged to apply.
- Experience performing repetitive manual tasks is an advantage.

- Fast-paced production environment with emphasis on productivity, quality, and safety.
