JOB SUMMARY

The Liaison Officer is responsible for representing the company in transactions with government agencies, regulatory bodies, utility providers, and external institutions. The role ensures timely processing, renewal, and compliance of permits, licenses, and official documents necessary for uninterrupted business operations

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the company and government agencies, LGUs, and regulatory bodies
  • Process, secure, and renew business permits, licenses, registrations, and certifications. Ensure smooth operation of support systems
  • Coordinate with agencies such as BIR, SEC, DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BFP, DENR, and local government units.
  • Prepare, submit, and track official documents, applications, endorsements, and reports..
  • Monitor compliance deadlines and ensure timely submission of requirements
  • Represent the company during inspections, audits, hearings, and site visits.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to gather required documents, approvals, and signatures.
  • Maintain accurate records and filing of permits, licenses, and government correspondence.
  • Provide regular status updates and reports on permit processing and compliance matters.
  • Assist in resolving issues related to regulatory requirements, delays, or non-compliance.
  • Coordinate payments, receipts, and endorsements related to permits and registrations.
  • Perform other administrative or compliance-related tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Political Science, or any related field (preferred).
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in liaison, administrative, or compliance-related work.
  • Familiarity with Philippine government processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to handle confidential documents and sensitive information.
  • Willingness to perform fieldwork and transact with government offices.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, email).

  • Strong knowledge of local and national permitting processes.
  • Problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Time management and ability to meet regulatory deadlines.
  • Professional demeanor when dealing with external agencies.

Work Environment:

  • Office-based with frequent fieldwork to government offices and project sites.
  • May require extended hours during permit renewals or regulatory deadlines.
