Position Overview & Responsibilities
Our partner company, the Intermark Group, the nation's top psychology-driven marketing agency, has an immediate opening for a leader in our Communications and Content Amplification area, specifically focused on developing strategies, content, and data-driven marketing campaigns.
We are seeking a skilled and highly motivated individual to break new ground in how we develop + amplify client and agency messages using Social Media, PR and Influencer Marketing disciplines. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media trends, platforms, and strategies, and must demonstrate a strong, proactive consultative approach to help lead and counsel clients and prospects.
- Develop and/or oversee campaign development and execution, including strategy, creative ideation, and influencer marketing tactics with a focus on increasing brand awareness and traffic across various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and others
- Foster and maintain professional, productive client relationships
- Identify solutions and work with teams and independently to drive client success and grow relationships
- Serve as an expert in fully integrated PR, Media Relations, and Social Media amplification programs while helping to develop communications plans
- Manage social media accounts, including monitoring trends and conversations
- Analyze program performance data to make informed decisions about future strategies
- Serve as a lead in social listening efforts/monitoring of online conversations
- Monitor news coverage and social media sentiments and provide reports + guidance to clients as needed
- Conduct industry research as needed to develop campaigns that reach client goals. Stay informed on trends, platform updates, and best practices in communications disciplines to drive innovation and growth
- Cultivate a culture of support, growth, and partnership among team members (in PR and Social Media disciplines)
- Serve as an ambassador of Intermark Group's capabilities as it relates to organic and new business opportunities
- Help to develop and recommend strategies for the Intermark Group brand and sub-brands
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field with 4+ years of proven experience driving and executing innovative communications strategies and tactics (Social media, PR, owned media)
- Passion for client service and an ability to juggle multiple projects and changing priorities
- Ability to execute and measure multifaceted campaigns and day-to-day communications initiatives
- Experience leading and/or project-managing digital campaigns across social channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Ability to interpret and advise on data and metrics
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and content
- Experience with social media management tools and publishing platforms, including a strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to be flexible and precise under aggressive deadlines. Must be both a big-picture strategist and have a "do-er" mentality
