- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all state and federal regulations, including CMS guidelines.
- Financial Management: Oversee the facility's budget, financial planning, and cost control.
- Staff Management: Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team.
- Resident Care: Promote a resident-centered culture and ensure the delivery of quality care.
- Community Relations: Build strong relationships with residents, families, and community partners.
Qualifications:
- Licensure: Active state licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator.
- Experience: Minimum of two years of experience in long-term care administration.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, financial management, and human resources.
- Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
