Role Summary
We seek a Senior Data Analyst with a strong execution focus to join our team and deliver data-driven insights for our digital products. In this role, you will be hands-on in analyzing user behaviors, optimizing product performance, and supporting data-backed decisions that enhance customer experience and engagement. The ideal candidate is results-oriented, with strong analytical skills and extensive experience in digital product data analysis, data visualization, and A/B testing, ready to take action and drive measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ongoing Data Analysis: Conduct complex data analysis to provide actionable insights that guide strategic decisions, including advanced techniques like predictive and prescriptive analytics.
- Collaborate on Product Strategy: Work closely with Digital Strategy, Product Management, Development, and Client teams to align data insights with business objectives and improve digital products and user experiences.
- Drive A/B and Multivariate Testing: Key stakeholders in A/B and multivariate testing efforts to optimize product features, user engagement, and conversion rates and deliver results and recommendations.
- Present Insights to Stakeholders: Communicate insights and recommendations to internal teams and clients, using storytelling techniques to convey complex data in an accessible and impactful way.
- Explore New Data Sources and Tools: Continuously research and integrate new data sources, tools, and methods to refine and expand analytics capabilities.
- Data Governance: Ensure data quality, consistency, and privacy compliance across various sources and tools.
- Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of analytics industry trends, new methodologies, and emerging technologies to enhance data analysis capabilities and inform recommendations.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in data analysis, data strategy, or a similar role, ideally within the tech or software development industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, SQL, and experience with data visualization platforms.
- Testing and Optimization: Hands-on experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and conversion rate optimization.
- Data Storytelling: Strong ability to translate data into impactful stories and actionable insights for various audiences.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for simplifying complex data concepts for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving and making data-driven decisions.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment, supporting multiple projects and stakeholders.
