Position Summary:
We seek an experienced and dynamic VP of Sales to lead and scale our sales operations across the organization. The VP of Sales will develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and build strong customer relationships. As an executive team member, you will work closely with cross-functional departments to ensure alignment with company goals and market opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Leadership:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company growth objectives.
Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team.
Collaborate with the executive team to align sales efforts with overall company goals and objectives.
Revenue Growth:
Drive revenue and profitability through effective sales processes, customer acquisition, and retention strategies.
Identify new market opportunities, develop growth strategies, and expand the companys market presence.
Sales Operations & Forecasting:
Oversee sales operations management, including pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
Track sales metrics and ensure accurate reporting of performance and results to the executive team.
Customer Relationships & Networking:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, industry partners, and stakeholders.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand its brand presence.
Collaboration & Cross-functional Support:
Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to align sales strategies with product launches, promotional activities, and customer service.
To inform product development and innovation, provide insights and feedback on customer needs, market trends, and competitive activity.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
7+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a track record of driving growth in a B2B environment.
Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing sales team.
Experience with CRM systems, sales analytics, and sales forecasting tools.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and business acumen. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to market changes
