Position Summary:

We seek an experienced and dynamic VP of Sales to lead and scale our sales operations across the organization. The VP of Sales will develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and build strong customer relationships. As an executive team member, you will work closely with cross-functional departments to ensure alignment with company goals and market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Leadership:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company growth objectives.

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team.

  • Collaborate with the executive team to align sales efforts with overall company goals and objectives.

Revenue Growth:

  • Drive revenue and profitability through effective sales processes, customer acquisition, and retention strategies.

  • Identify new market opportunities, develop growth strategies, and expand the companys market presence.


Sales Operations & Forecasting:

  • Oversee sales operations management, including pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.

  • Track sales metrics and ensure accurate reporting of performance and results to the executive team.

Customer Relationships & Networking:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, industry partners, and stakeholders.

  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand its brand presence.


Collaboration & Cross-functional Support:

  • Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to align sales strategies with product launches, promotional activities, and customer service.

  • To inform product development and innovation, provide insights and feedback on customer needs, market trends, and competitive activity.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

  • 7+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a track record of driving growth in a B2B environment.

  • Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing sales team.

  • Experience with CRM systems, sales analytics, and sales forecasting tools.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and business acumen. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to market changes
