Our clients are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Dental Manager to join their friendly and professional team in Slough.
About the Role
- Mixed NHS/Private Practice
- Managing the clinical governance system and maintaining practice policies including Health & Safety
- Recruitment of support and clinical staff;
- Management of team to include: Rotas, Appraisals as well as inductions
- Promoting a team environment and culture that is committed to executing a first-class service to our patients
- Build productive relationships with associates, supporting strong engagement and retention through regular touch base sessions
- Ensure quality for our patients through full compliance with all internal and legislative requirements (e.g. Health and Safety, CQC, Clinical Governance, Company policy)
- Support and resolve any employee relations issues to a satisfactory conclusion
- This is a permanent, full-time role
- You will work a 40-hour work week, between the hours of 8am to 7pm, Monday to Saturday
About You
- Leadership and team management.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with the public.
- Reliable.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Ability to understand and work with budgets, targets and KPI's.
- Previous dental management experience.
- Be friendly, flexible, highly motivated, and able to work well under pressure
- A profound sense of professionalism and dedication is required for this role
