Practice Summary:

• Predominately Fee for Service - Participates with 5 PPO insurance plans
• Ops: 4 + Bay Area
• Dental Assistants: 4
• 30-40 Patients seen per day
• Nitrous is plumbed throughout the practice
• All of the latest technology in an updated environment
• Located in a building that only has pediatric based providers for a solid patient referral source.
