SAP Solution Consultant ( REMOTE)

                    My client in the Manufacturing sector are seeking a versatile SAP Consultant to join our team. This role requires a broad understanding of SAP solutions and the ability to work across various modules and functionalities. The ideal candidate will collaborate with clients to assess their needs, implement solutions, and optimize business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementation & Configuration: Assist in the implementation and configuration of various SAP modules, including but not limited to SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP BW, and SAP CRM.
• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Process Improvement: Analyze existing business processes and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Integration: Work with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP with other systems and applications.
• Testing & Validation: Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, and provide support during go-live phases.
• Training & Support: Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support to ensure successful system utilization.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and user guides.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on SAP developments and best practices to provide clients with innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience working with SAP solutions across various modules.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with multiple SAP modules (e.g., FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM) and tools (e.g., ABAP, SAP HANA).
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address client needs effectively.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
• Project Management: Knowledge of project management methodologies and experience in managing project lifecycles.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP certification in one or more modules (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate).
• Experience with cloud-based SAP solutions (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba).
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools.
