About the job SAP HCM Consultant
Job Description: We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Consultant with expertise in SAP Payroll and Positive Time Management, Fiori applications, Personnel Administration and building interfaces. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of at least 3 end-to-end SAP HCM implementations and a minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP HCM.
Note: Middle east payroll experience is added advantage
Responsibilities:
- Lead and participate in SAP HCM implementation projects from conception to completion.
- Provide expert guidance and support in SAP Payroll and Time Management, Fiori applications, and Personnel Administration modules.
- Analyze client requirements and design effective solutions within the SAP HCM framework.
- Configure, customize, and implement SAP HCM solutions to meet client needs.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities for clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on SAP HCM trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve service offerings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field/ MBA HR.
- Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM.
- Extensive experience with SAP Payroll and Time Management, Fiori applications, and Personnel Administration modules.
- Proven track record of at least 3 end-to-end SAP HCM implementations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- SAP certification(s) in relevant modules is a plus.
