Job Description :
- Oracle Fusion HCM Techno Functional profile with below expertise from Fusion HCM side:
- Understanding the Goals and performance management module end to end process including the system setup.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive performance management framework for the Fusion system.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Create and maintain performance review templates and processes.
- Conduct performance reviews with employees and provide feedback and coaching.
- Develop and deliver training programs on performance management best practices.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Assist in the development of compensation and reward programs linked to performance.
- Ensure compliance with relevant performance management regulations and policies.
- Create new performance templates and process flow
- Define the new eligibility criteria
- Understood the 360 review process and Performance Indicator Process flow.
- BI reports development on the existing report and new report.
- Understanding on the bell curve design report for ADMIN, HRBP and manager to view.
- Handling basic Fast formulas change if required to modify the eligibility formulas.
- Interacted with client and involved in Requirement gathering, preparing process requirement documents, Business requirement documents, understanding current business process and mapping with Oracle Cloud HCM, and GAP analysis.
- Configure the Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion Applications to meet client requirements and document application set-ups
- Write business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions and application extensions for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects
- Support clients with the execution of test scripts
- Validate configuration and data for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects
- Complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner
- Interact with the project team members responsible for developing reports, interfaces, data conversion programs, and application extensions
- Provide status and issue reports to the project manager/client on a regular basis
