PLM INFOR Developer ( REMOTE)

Position Summary:

This role works with the Application Development Agile Team consisting of Business Relationship Managers, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Software Developers, Architects & Business Stakeholders to evaluate business and technical requirements, identify needs, and support development of strategies to maximize digital opportunities. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, Unix, Oracle EBS Product Lifecycle Management, and Infor Product Lifecycle Management (Optiva).

Agile Practice & Team Role

Work in continuous delivery mode, analyzing, testing and delivering features iteratively.

Consistently demonstrate Agile processes and principles for effective delivery.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and optimize Oracle PL/SQL procedures, functions, and packages to support application functionality.

Ensure database performance, integrity, and security in PL/SQL coding.

Proficient in Unix/Linux environments for application deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

Shell scripting to automate repetitive tasks and streamline processes.

Work on customization and extension of Oracle EBS modules related to Product Lifecycle Management.

Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Work on customization and extensions of Infor Product Lifecycle Management (Optiva)

Qualifications:

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques, process modeling, and documentation.

Proven experience in Oracle PL/SQL development is mandatory.

Strong proficiency in Unix/Linux environments and shell scripting.

Experience with Oracle EBS Product Lifecycle Management.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively.

Experience with Infor Product Lifecycle Management (Optiva)
