Manual Tester - Experiance in Mobile/Device testing/Agile and SAFe ( REMOTE )

Responsibilities:

• Functional and regression testing of Web applications and mobile compatibility testing.
• Reviewing and analyzing system specifications to understand the software requirements.
• Developing detailed test plans, test cases and have maximum test coverage.
• Executing test cases and analyzing the results to identify defects.
• Validate results in SQL database using complex SQL queries and joins.
• Performing API testing by understanding payloads and response results.
• Working with Product managers and Business Analysts on understanding acceptance criteria.
• Working with the development team to understand technical implementation and resolve software issues.
• Documenting and reporting defects to the development team.
• Ensuring that software adheres to quality standards and best practices.
• Participating in review meetings to provide feedback on the software and testing process.
• Bug triage with scrum team.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of proven experience as a manual tester.
• Strong expertise on testing web-based applications.
• Hands-on experience on Mobile/Device testing.
• Experience in working with Agile and SAFe delivery models.
• Exposure to Azure DevOps.
• Represent testing team in cross functional meetings and discussions.
• Hands-on experience in writing complex SQL queries.
• Exposure to API Testing, any automation tool is a plus.
