About the job SAP FICO Consultant (6 + YRS Relevant Exp)

Key Responsibilities:

  1. SAP FICO Implementation:
    • Lead and manage one end-to-end SAP FICO implementation project.
    • Conduct business requirement analysis, system design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
    • Design and implement solutions that align with business needs and ensure successful integration with other SAP modules.
  2. SAP FICO Support:
    • Provide ongoing support for one or two SAP FICO support projects.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to financial accounting and controlling modules.
    • Ensure timely resolution of incidents, problems, and service requests.
    • Perform system upgrades, enhancements, and patches to maintain optimal performance.
  3. Financial Accounting (FI) Module:
    • Manage general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting, and bank accounting processes.
    • Implement and support financial reporting and analysis.
    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  4. Controlling (CO) Module:
    • Handle cost center accounting, internal orders, profitability analysis (CO-PA), and product costing.
    • Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost management activities.
    • Provide insights into financial performance through accurate controlling data.
  5. Project Management:
    • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for SAP FICO projects.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including SAP technical consultants, business analysts, and end-users.
    • Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables.
  6. Client Interaction:
    • Act as a liaison between the business and IT teams to ensure clear communication of requirements and solutions.
    • Provide training and support to end-users to maximize system utilization.
    • Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to stakeholders.
